Music is my spiritual practice. If I do something creative musically and lyrically I feel good inside. I've played with Novak Seen (toured Europe Supporting Fishbone), Glue Gun, Tribes, NoName James, Big Ed Sullivan (two magical weeks in Paris @ Chesterfields), Dan Bruder Band, Joey George, Rabbit Ears, Ami , and many others .
